Shipping Policy

We generally ship with USPS and strive to ship out orders within a few days of receiving your requests. Please understand that we are a small business working as quickly as we can! Any shipping delays beyond that may be due to current order load or USPS shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and love that you're shopping small!

The buyer is responsible for verifying their shipping address is correct when placing their order. MW Soapworks is not responsible for shipments that are lost in shipment or sent to the wrong address. If a shipment is returned to us, we will reach out as soon as possible to remedy the situation but the buyer is generally responsible for additional shipping costs.
