Introducing another palm-free option to our little soap shop! Our Lavender Woods Bastille Soap is made with just a handful of ingredients and features a mild floral and woodsy scent. This is a fantastic option for those with sensitive skin!
Ingredients: Saponified (Olive Oil and Coconut Oil), Lavender Essential Oil, Cedarwood Essential Oil, Brazilian Purple Clay
What's so special about a Bastille bar? While Castille soap is made with 100% olive oil, a Bastille bar is made of at least 70% olive oil with other oils and butters making up for the rest of the recipe. With the high olive oil content, these bars make for an extremely gentle soap.
We chose to formulate our recipe with just olive oil and coconut oil as the base oils, which means these soaps will also be a great choice for people looking for moisturizing, palm oil-free soaps.
As always, use a draining soap dish to keep your soaps dry between uses and to give them a long happy life! 🌿
This soap is made using a wooden mold using the traditional cold process soap method. We always make our soaps in small batches to ensure quality and never put anything in our soaps that we wouldn't happily put on our skins ourselves. Each batch is tested and approved!
Each bar weighs approximately 4 to 4.5 ounces.
This soap is scented with pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils.
